I'd like some summer body care recommendations.

Originally, I only sprayed mist after showering in the summer, but I was told to make sure to apply body lotion even in the summer because moisturizing the body is just as important as the face.

I've avoided them in the summer because they feel sticky or stuffy, so please recommend a body lotion or care product with good absorption.

Since the body ages too, taking care of it is indeed important, isn't it?
