What body lotion do people with atopic dermatitis use?

I have severe atopic dermatitis, so I usually just shower with soap or water.

I heard that you shouldn't even use a shower ball for atopic dermatitis.

And since moisturizing is important for atopic dermatitis, I alternate between Estra and Illiyoon Ato Lotion for body lotion.

I'm just okay with using it, but I'm curious what products everyone else is using.
