You don't use body oil in the summer, do you? Do you?

There isn't such a thing as a non-sticky body oil, is there?
In the winter, when my skin got really dry and flaky, I used to apply Nivea Intensive Rinse-Off Lotion.
It's a lotion, but it leaves a slight stickiness like oil. Still, the moisturizing effect is really amazing.
I wonder if I should use it in the summer too? So I don't use it often....
Are there any people who use oil even in the summer?
I think I heard that even dry skin can turn oily if you don't stop taking care of it.
