Cream good for improving dry skin

Cream recommendation for moist skin to beat the summer heat. I have severe atopic dermatitis and struggle with dry skin, so I have been applying this consistently. Atopic dermatitis gets much worse in the summer, so it is great that the itching improves significantly after applying it. Goodbye, dry skin!
