I didn't apply body lotion all summer because it was hot and tiring.

Maybe because it has subtly... become a bit less hot these past few days

I was full of energy, so for a few days, I made sure to apply body lotion after showering.

Then, on my knees and forearms, where I had keratosis pilaris...

It's gotten all soft.... lol

As expected, the effects show up immediately if you moisturize.

This is why I should work harder, but it's such a hassle.
