Please recommend a non-sticky body lotion for oily skin for the summer!

Depending on the part of my body, some areas tend to be oily while others are dry...

It is always hard to choose a body lotion in the summer.

If it's too sticky, it makes my oily skin itchy.

So, please recommend a body lotion for oily skin that is really moisturizing but not very sticky!

Would Cetaphil be a good body lotion for oily skin?

Also, since I have oily skin, would it be better to apply oily body lotion immediately after showering?

Or would it be better to apply it after some time has passed?

Besides Cetaphil, please recommend any other highly moisturizing body lotions for oily skin with a nice scent!

Also, is it okay to apply body lotion to my face?

I wish summer would pass quickly...
