Please recommend a whitening body lotion that is good for summer use!!

My skin, which got tanned last summer, still hasn't fully recovered.

I'm thinking of trying out a whitening body lotion. Does anyone know of an effective body lotion?

It doesn't matter if you have oily or dry skin; any body lotion with whitening functions will do!

There are so many types of whitening body lotions sold at Olive Young, and reviews vary so much from person to person, so I don't know which one to choose.

I really don't know what to choose.

If anyone has used a whitening body lotion, please give me a recommendation!
I would appreciate it if you could share your recommendations along with instructions on how to use the body lotion! (e.g., how to use it on elbows, discolored areas, etc.)
