Is there a proper way to apply body lotion for dry skin?

Dry skin that becomes increasingly dry as one ages

I feel like it's turning into skin.

Since I have dry skin, even in summer, I need a refreshing product

I really want to moisturize, but how should I do it?

Does applying it make the moisture last longer?

 

Cetaphil was also good for good value for money.

I was a little disappointed because I wished the scent was good too.

I'm using products with a nice scent these days.
