Are there any highly moisturizing body lotions that are less sticky and have a soft texture?

My skin is extremely dry, so I apply every cream I can find, layer upon layer.
Even so, after just half a day, it gets tight and dry again. Because of that, I don't really like washing my face.
In the sweaty summer, I have no choice but to wash at least twice a day.
Then I have to apply body lotion every time, but it is really hard to find a suitable, highly moisturizing body lotion.

If it spreads well, it absorbs quickly and disappears.
The moisturizing texture is so soft that I end up applying it frequently, which makes it quite expensive.
So I looked for one with a firm texture and applied it, and while it doesn't feel wasteful, it feels too sticky after application, so I didn't like the feeling.
Please recommend a soft body cream with good moisturizing properties.
There are so many products these days, it’s not easy to choose one.
The body lotion I am currently using is Cetaphil, and it has good moisturizing power. However, compared to other highly moisturizing body lotions, the texture is a bit firm, so it tends to clump easily. I wish the texture were just a little softer than this.
