Please recommend a body lotion for very dry skin.

My skin is so severely dry these days that I think I really need to use a highly moisturizing body lotion.

I have extremely dry skin, so no matter how much body lotion I apply after showering, my skin quickly feels tight again and white flakes of dead skin start to appear.

Especially on areas like my calves, elbows, and knees, the dead skin peels off if I scratch them.

So, I would like to get a recommendation for a really effective, highly moisturizing body lotion.

I would like a product that is not sticky yet provides long-lasting hydration. As for the scent, it would be better if it were subtle or unscented rather than too strong.

Also, among the highly moisturizing body lotions, I would like a product that isn't too expensive and that I can use consistently. Are there any with gentle ingredients?

I tend to be sensitive to allergies and skin troubles, so please recommend a highly moisturizing body lotion that also considers the ingredients.
There are so many products on the market these days that I really don't know what to choose.
