I bought it cheaply during a sale and tried it out; it's quite good, so I'm satisfied with it.

I looked it up and found that it is a product widely used by people with problematic skin (atopic dermatitis, itching, keratosis pilaris).

It isn't exactly a light texture, but it isn't heavy or sticky either, so I think it's not bad to use in the summer.
