This is the Celeb Brand Tint Jellyish Cool Tone Tint.

It is a tint with good adhesion and a moisturizing feel without being sticky.

The color payoff is also quite good.

If you find it a bit too intense, mixing it with lip balm still provides good staying power.

I think it's also good to use as a point accent in the center of the lips.

It feels good to use because it is glossy yet not sticky.

The staying power isn't that great.

Because it is glossy, it tends to rub off.

It also causes slight discoloration to the lips.

I think the color payoff is good for creating a vibrant lip look.
