It isn't too drying; it feels smooth on the outside and moderately moisturizing on the inside. It fills in the creases of the lips well without emphasizing dead skin cells, and the color payoff is excellent.

I like the texture; it is moisturizing and applies smoothly, melting into the skin. When applied thinly, it creates a delicate look, while the color payoff is intense. It is not drying; the skin feels hydrated on the inside and has a moderately smooth, matte finish on the outside. I think I will be able to use it well all year round.
