I've tried many lip balms, but Fresh is gentle and moisturizing!

Apply a light, colorless base, then apply a colored one.

It doesn't have a soft texture, so even though it is a lip balm, it doesn't smudge much.

The downside is that the colors aren't pretty, and it seems like there isn't much variety!

Still, I am satisfied.
