This product is Lilybyred's Cunning Liar Coating Tint!

I bought this after being recommended that it suits cool tones, and the color looks so pretty when applied over a lip base!! My lips tend to dry out quickly, but since it isn't matte, it applies very smoothly! However, I recommend applying a lip balm beforehand, as it goes on even better haha! You shouldn't apply too much; just dab a small amount on lightly!
