Please recommend a moisturizing lipstick.

How is it that my lips... after an hour of applying lipstick

My lips are eating up all the lipstick.

I'm even trying to apply lip moisturizer separately because I'm worried it might be due to dryness.

It's no use. Please recommend a long-lasting, moisturizing lipstick.
