I think Carmex lip balm is the best value for money.

This is a lip balm I always keep on hand. If you apply a generous amount before bed and wipe it off with a wet towel or cotton pad in the morning, your lips will feel soft and smooth!
I especially love how it feels nice and cool when applied~~!!
It moisturizes really well, and even though I don't like sticky textures, this one has a cooling sensation, so it's great to use even in the summer.
It is a product with great quality and a reasonable price, so it is unlikely to be polarizing.
