I would like to recommend a lip balm that I use often.

It is a lip balm from Kiehl's. I usually know the brand as being most famous for its moisturizers, but their lip balms are surprisingly good too. It isn't too thick, applies smoothly, and seems to have pretty good moisturizing power. I especially love the cranberry scent—though applying it makes me want to eat it, that is. However, it does leave a slight shine, so I usually apply it before bed, or I use it regularly during the summer when dewy lips are trending.
