My lips are always large and tend to be dry, so I always have to apply a generous amount of lip balm before bed to ensure they look decent the next day. I've tried various lip balms, but surprisingly, the L'Occitane product seems really good. The scent isn't strong, so it isn't bothersome even when I apply a lot. I know they are famous for their hand creams, but I recommend giving their lip balm a try as well.
