My lips are dry even in summer.

I thought lips only got chapped in the dry autumn or winter, but they get chapped even in the summer.

If I apply this moisturizing cream after showering and before bed, my lips stay hydrated and soft all day long. Since I can't apply lip tint during the day, I'll have to make sure to apply it before bed.
