Please recommend a lip balm.

It ran out perfectly this time.

The one I used before had a subtle pink tint, and it was a product that didn't have a tint effect.

And it rubbed off easily, and it was a bit inconvenient, but I just used it all.

I need to buy one this time... I'd like it to have moisturizing effects and some color payoff. And most importantly, it has to be good value for money, right?
