Daiso Oryx Lip Balm

My lips often get dry, so in the winter, I always carry lip balm in my pocket or handbag and apply it frequently. However, last winter, I completely forgot to take it with me when I went out, and my lips felt even drier than usual that day. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I decided I needed to buy a lip balm. I looked for a place that sold them and spotted a Daiso right in front of me. I had been thinking that Daiso products have been surprisingly good lately, so I went inside. Of course, they had lip balm, but they also had a product that looked exactly like a moisturizing stick (?) (for 5,000 won). I was amazed by Daiso's cosmetics.

That lip balm looks exactly like the Nivea lip balm; the container color is pretty, and the long lid makes it convenient to use. The price is 1,000 won. I tried it right after buying it, and while the moisturizing power is definitely lower than Nivea's, it was decent enough to use. If you apply it by swirling it around your lips several times, the dry feeling disappears. Since Nivea lip balm is in the 3,000 won range, I think it offers better value for money than Nivea, even if you apply it multiple times. Hahaha.
