Illiyoon Ceramide Unscented Lip Balm

Hello. This time, I would like to introduce a beauty item that I bought with my own money but failed to get. It is a lip balm.
The product name is Illiyoon Ceramide Unscented Lip Balm.
I'll start with the advantages.
The capacity is 3.2g. I liked that the expiration date was generous. The design is neat, and I liked that it is unscented.
Now, I will tell you about the downsides.
The primary function of lip balm is to moisturize the lips, isn't it? However, when I used this lip balm, it didn't feel very moisturizing. Even when I reapplied it, it didn't feel very hydrating.
So I was very disappointed. I have used Illiyoon body lotion before and was very satisfied with it, so I expected their other products to be good as well, but this lip balm fell short of my expectations.

I recommend this lip balm only to those whose lips are not really dry.
However, I also thought of a way to use it effectively.
I think it might be okay to use before applying lipstick. After all, isn't a lip balm that is too moisturizing actually not ideal before applying lipstick?
In that case, it seems like it might be okay.
