Rimbap again today

My lips are dry again today, so I am applying lip balm. My lips definitely feel hydrated after brushing my teeth and applying lip balm before bed. Even though I only rinse with water in the morning instead of brushing, my lips still feel dry. It seems like the lip balm lasts all day once applied. The application, longevity, and hydration are the best.
