Has anyone tried white eyeliner? lol

It's a white eyeliner, which I used when I went on a trip to Japan recently.

I noticed that Japanese people often use white eyeliner to add a lot of emphasis to their makeup.

I'm not sure if I just happened to see a lot of them or not, but I was surprised that so many people were doing it.

I've seen it sold in Korea, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually doing it.

I wondered if this was due to the difference in makeup between countries haha..

She really emphasized the outer corners of her eyes with white eyeliner.
