What toner pads are perfect for oily/dehydrated skin?

I have combination skin that is oily and dehydrated, so I prefer toner pads that provide pore care in the summer.

I'm almost out of Needly toner pads right now, but they aren't exactly the product I'm satisfied with, so I'm looking into other toner pads.

What toner pads are good for wiping off toner rather than using as a spot mask?
