Haha, I made sushi for an early dinner!
I had to eat before the kids went to their academy, so I quickly made the rice first.
Grill the beef brisket right before eating, and the beef sushi is complete! Haha.
Rinse the kimchi, toss it with sesame oil, and eat it with soy sauce and onions—it tastes amazing!
It's a shame there isn't a finished work.
