I was looking for thin sanitary pads and finally... settled on this one.

I tried using tampons too, but they were actually quite uncomfortable if I used them for a long time, so I went back to sanitary pads.
Then, after seeing the reviews, I tried Dancing Whale.
It's thin and lightweight, and absorbs well, so I've been using it a lot lately and have finally escaped being a nomad haha.
