Academy after double eyelid surgery

I decided to get double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and eye shape correction after my foreign language high school interview on the 29th. However, I have to go to an academy starting January 2nd, so how should I look when I go to class? I really don't want anyone to find out I had double eyelid surgery...😭 Since I plan to continue attending this academy even after entering high school, if they find out... Also, I'll be living in a semi-boarding school starting in January, so I don't think I'll be able to attend if they find out...
