It's summer, which cosmetics would be better?

Ah, since it's summer, do you have any recommendations for which cosmetics would be good?

It's so hot that applying various products feels unpleasant, and since it gets sticky when I sweat, I can't apply much.

My skin is dry and I get breakouts occasionally.

I usually use an all-in-one product, but lately I've been applying sunscreen as well, and it feels really unsanitary.

What do you guys use?
