Failed purchase with my own money - Rosemary Perfumes Hand Cream

I saw an acquaintance using this product and bought it in bulk as a gift because the packaging was pretty and the scent was nice. The price is incredibly cheap, but the moisturizing power is correspondingly poor. I used it once and it has just been sitting in a drawer ever since. I do not recommend it.
