My hands are getting rough.

I haven't been wearing rubber gloves while doing housework because the weather got warmer, and as you can see, my hands have become rough. On top of that, I haven't been applying hand cream regularly. Now the backs of my hands are cracking and my fingers hurt. I would like recommendations for highly moisturizing products.

I would like it not to be too sticky, and I hope it is a product that keeps the skin moisturized for a long time after application.

I also prefer unscented or subtle scents. Please let me know if you have any hand creams that you have actually seen results with for rough or chapped hands.
