Hair salon perm cap, hair heating cap

My hair is thick, stiff, rough, and dry. It gets frizzy when it rains. Last year, after enduring it for so long, I finally got a hair treatment at a salon. I bought a heated hair cap thinking it would be good to use at home occasionally. After using it a few times, I don't really use it anymore. However, after using it, my hair feels soft and calm. I should try home care again.
