The weather has been hot and humid lately, so even though I wash my hair every day, it gets very damaged and dry due to excessive exposure to UV rays.

Using it to protect your hair before drying minimizes heat-induced hair damage. I usually apply Extra Mulberry Oil to the ends and middle of my hair after washing it and before drying, and I've found that I experience significantly less split ends and damage.
