Recommended Hair Essence: Aveda Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair

Hello. I would like to recommend the hair essence I use.

It is [Aveda] Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair.

As expected from an Aveda product, the natural origin index is 98%.

I make sure to dye my hair every month and a half because of gray hair, and I get a perm every four months. My hair is naturally a bit stiff, so it tends to be frizzy and sticky.

I tried a sample by chance and was satisfied, so I bought the full-sized product and have been using it. It says it protects hair from heat damage up to 230 degrees. The price is a bit high, but the capacity is quite large and you only need to apply a small amount, so I don't think it is a big burden to use.

It is used on wet hair, and since it has a liquid consistency, you need to shake the product before applying it.
