Please recommend a nutrient-rich hair essence.

The essence I'm currently using is starting to run low, so I'm thinking of switching to something else. I bought it during an Olive Young sale and used it well, but I want to try a more nourishing product. I have thick hair, but it is wavy and frizzy. If you have tried any products that you found good, please recommend them.
