Toner and Fixer: Daily Skin Finishing Technique

It's a powder fixer~ When I use this, I don't apply powder to my skin! I bought it on Coupang a while ago because it was cheap, but it holds my makeup much better than I expected and is great value for money, so I keep buying it and stocking up. It's a really awesome fixer, so you should definitely give it a try. This is a Tony Moly toner. Maybe because my skin isn't that sensitive, it suits me really well and feels firm and bouncy, so I always reapply it three times before applying makeup! It's a great value toner.
