I always use this whenever I have some discharge or an odor. You just insert it like a tampon. You don't need to rinse it off with water after use, and it seems to be incredibly helpful for vaginitis or vaginal dryness. However, since the liquid leaks out, a liner is essential. I love that it feels like it cleans thoroughly, so I plan to keep repurchasing it.
