수면팩은 저는 무거운건 여름엔 살짝 물세안정도 겨울엔 걍 잡니다
I bought a sleeping pack that I can use comfortably while sleeping.
The instructions say you can wash it or just sleep with it on.
I usually just leave face masks on to absorb, but I'm wondering if it's okay to leave sleeping masks on without washing them off, or if I should wash them off thoroughly?
