The cooling sensation of the pack was immediate when applied, so I didn't feel it throughout the entire use.

I intentionally applied a really thick layer to my face. Especially with modeling masks, you need to apply a thick layer around the edges to make them easier to peel off! So I just applied it thickly all over. Even after removing it, the finish wasn't super moisturizing, so it felt clean, and overall, it was good. Since I didn't use it specifically when my skin was very irritated, I'm not sure if the soothing effect is significant.
