Applying with your hands versus applying with a brush
Which one do you use more often?
I used to always apply it with a brush, but at some point...
It got stuck in my double eyelid and clumped up.
It doesn't clump when applied with fingers, but the color payoff is a bit weak.
That's a shame... Is there a tip to prevent clumping when applying with a brush?
