Makeup to create plump under-eye bags

First of all, I

Lightly apply Benefit Highbrow Glow to the under-eye area.

It has a shimmery highlighter feel and is a champagne color. It isn't yellowish at all, and feels like it suits the skin tone perfectly.

Even though it's a pencil type, it has a slightly creamy texture, so it's great for applying glitter on top.

It might be on the expensive side compared to other pencil eyeshadows, but the color and texture are so good that I don't reach for other pencils.
