우리나라건 보통 가루제형이더라구요 ㅜㅜ
I'm looking for an eyeshadow that feels velvety to the touch, even though it has shimmer.
I don't think there are many. I wonder if it will feel a bit soft and fluffy.
The Japanese brand Excel seems to be in that category. Are there any Korean brands?
