I usually only use matte eyeshadows. I use glitter only on my under-eye area.
If you are looking for a palette consisting entirely of matte eyeshadows, this Romand Better Than Palette No. 5 is perfect!
You can't say that the powder doesn't fly around, but that means the particles are fine, right?
From beige tones to red shades! The color combinations are so good that it makes applying makeup super convenient.
I recommend this to those with warm undertones. It would suit Autumn Warm best, but Spring Warm can also use it comfortably.
