I recommend the Too Cool for School Protoge Pencil.

I highly recommend the Too Cool for School Protoge Pencil #1 Shining Linen, which is incredibly famous as an under-eye shadow! Many celebrities use it, so you probably already know about it, but it truly lives up to its reputation as a favorite item. There is absolutely no clumping or fallout, and even though I apply it after setting my eyelids with powder, it lasts all day. However, those with very fair skin might find the color a bit dark. I love everything about it, but I wish they would release a slightly brighter shade haha. On the other hand, it looks very natural, and since the glitter isn't too flashy, it gives the effect of making your under-eye area look just the right amount plumper. Thanks to that, I use it every single day without fail! I recommend it to anyone with thin under-eye areas like me.
