Eyeshadow for those with a short distance between the eyebrows and eyes

The distance between the eyebrows and eyes is really close, about 1cm.

So when I try to wear eyeshadow, it doesn't easily suit me.

But if I don't wear any eyeshadow at all, my eyes look bare, so...

I'm having trouble deciding how to do my makeup.

How should I do my makeup for this type?
