This is the Romand Bare Layer Palette No. 2 Strawberry Mood, which I purchased with my own money. Since it is a cool-toned palette, it might look unnatural on warm skin tones. The eyeshadow palette contains two types of glitter; it has minimal fallout and a moisturizing formula, so it adheres well to the eyelids. Because it has a pink shimmer, it looks radiant and pretty even when applied to the eyelids and under-eye area.
