Is there a good way to draw aegyo-sal?

I'm drawing my aegyo sal with the Too Cool for School pencil, but there is too much green tea.

Is there a way to draw the aegyo sal naturally without dark circles or wrinkles under the eyes?

It is especially noticeable that you are drawing shadows with a pencil meant for under-eye shading.
