I wouldn't really recommend it unless you really love flashy things. It's so flashy that it feels like all you can see are your eyes...? The glitter particles are large, and it makes your eyes look wide open. It's Holika Holika Stella Dust; it feels a bit too much to apply to the under-eye area, but it looks pretty and flashy when applied to the crease.
