Hmm... if you apply it over eyeshadow...
At first, it applies smoothly and the glitter doesn't seem very visible.
So, it became much better.
However, once it dries, the glitter becomes vivid.
It looks like it's applied way too thickly.
And the round glitter beads were more than I expected
It's too big... so I don't really apply it...
